House was perfect for 2 families(11 people). Could use new mattresses and dusting in high places. Toaster did not work but also had toaster oven. Thanks for nice place to stay. If mattresses were fixed would stay here again.

Never a problem with ours stays (even with the small issues), AFV is on top of it. They are great. Reason why I keep going back to them for our vacations.
The house was great, we enjoyed our time there very much and would like to go back.
