**PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $120 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
**PARKING and ACCESS ** The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars, and overflow parking on the street.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
