For over a decade, All Florida Villas has offered easy-to-use, personalized vacation home rental service to make your Orlando area vacation one of the most pleasant experiences possible. You’ll find our homes are clean and fully furnished. All villas, townhouses and condominiums, are reasonably priced. In fact, for the same cost of a hotel room, you and your family can enjoy the luxury of a fully furnished home with a fully equipped kitchen.

Most of our homes are about 15 minutes from Disney and all attractions in Kissimmee.  We are a quick 20 - 25 minute drive to Sea World and about 35 minutes from Universal Studios.  We are just 40 miles from the ocean at Cocoa Beach and about the same to Tampa on the gulf side.

Be Careful of “Bait and Switch” Rental Tactics!

It’s critical when renting a vacation home that you don’t caught in what are known as “bait and switch” tactics. That is where you think you are renting one property (usually a great looking house at a price to good to be true) and then are “switched” to another upon arrival. This is well known practice in the Orlando area. At All Florida Villas, we proudly display the Better Business Bureau (BBB) member logo. This means you can rest assured we don’t play games with your vacation or your money!

Super Easy Check In and Check Out

Our guests go directly to their vacation home. There is a lock box by the front door. You are issued the lock box code and any other necessary information. When you are ready to leave, you use the same code to open the lock box and return the key. It’s so simple to rent from us, you don’t have to come to our office at all!
