Designed for large families and groups, this spacious 7-bedroom vacation villa combines comfort, entertainment, and resort-style amenities in one fantastic location. With a private pool, game room, multiple living spaces, and seven bedrooms, there's room for everyone to relax and enjoy their Orlando getaway.

THE HOME

Spread across two levels, the home offers a comfortable layout with plenty of privacy for larger groups.

DOWNSTAIRS

• Primary bedroom with King-size bed, private bathroom, and jacuzzi

• Half bathroom conveniently located near the pool and common areas
• Spacious living and dining areas
• Fully equipped kitchen

UPSTAIRS

• Bedroom 2: King-size bed with private bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with private bathroom
• Bedrooms 4–7: Two twin-size beds in each room
• Jack-and-Jill bathroom arrangements serving the additional bedrooms

The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials for preparing everything from a quick breakfast before the parks to a family dinner after a day of adventure.

A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside and enjoy your own private pool. The pool area provides a wonderful place to cool off, relax in the Florida sunshine, or spend quality time together after a busy day exploring Orlando.

Pool heating is available for $40 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please arrange pool heating before arrival.

GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT

When you're ready for some downtime, the game room provides an additional space for entertainment and friendly family competition. The home's multiple living and entertainment areas make it easy for everyone to find their favorite place to relax.

PARKING

The home can accommodate approximately 2–3 vehicles in the driveway. Additional overflow parking may be available in designated areas, subject to community rules and availability.

PET POLICY

This is a pet-friendly home for small pets weighing 40 pounds or less. A $150 pet fee per pet applies. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damages associated with pets.

GRILL

Vacation equipment or grill options may be available for an additional fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
