Additional Fees: Pool and hot tub heating is charged at $40 USD/day with a minimum of 2 days.
Pets such as dogs and cats are only allowed with the payment of a fee that will depend on the size of the animal and the length of the stay. Please consult before finalizing the reservation.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. The garage can be used to park as well.
** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
