With four full bathrooms, themed bedrooms, an enclosed private pool, and an open-concept living area, the home offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy your time together between adventures.

The carpet-free main living area combines the living room, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable gathering space for the entire group. After a day at the theme parks, come home for a refreshing swim, prepare dinner together, or simply relax in the comfortable living area.

PRIVATE POOL

Enjoy your own enclosed private pool, providing a comfortable and more private outdoor space for relaxing throughout your stay.

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $40 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival so arrangements can be made.

RESORT AMENITIES

Guests can also enjoy the community's resort-style amenities. Access to the clubhouse amenities requires registration at the clubhouse and a $45 fee per household. Amenities and fees are subject to change according to HOA rules.

GRILL

A small 18-inch charcoal grill is available at no additional cost upon request. Please request the grill before arrival or by 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests who prefer a propane grill or additional vacation equipment may arrange and pay for those services independently.

PET POLICY

Small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are permitted with a $150 pet fee per animal. Legally recognized service dogs are exempt from the pet fee with appropriate documentation. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning required.

PARKING

The community has an active towing policy. Vehicles must be parked in the designated driveway or approved overflow parking areas. Parking on grass, blocking homes, or parking in non-designated areas is not permitted.

LINENS & TOWELS

Bed linens and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay. Washcloths are not provided and are considered personal items.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
