SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Downstairs

Bedroom 1: King bed with a full bathroom located just outside the bedroom.

The downstairs level also features the open-concept living room and kitchen, along with the pool table and arcade area.

Upstairs

Bedroom 2: King bed with private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Two full beds with private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 5: Frozen-themed bedroom with a double bed and private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 6: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms feature Smart TVs, giving everyone a comfortable space to relax and enjoy their favorite shows after a busy day.

PRIVATE POOL & SPA

Make the most of your Florida vacation with your own private pool and spa.

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $40 per day, with a 2-day minimum. We recommend requesting heating at least 48 hours before arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements.

GAME AREA

The home includes an indoor entertainment area with a pool table and racing-style arcade game, making it easy to keep everyone entertained even when you're taking a break from the parks.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped for everyday vacation cooking, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out for the day, making a quick lunch between activities, or enjoying a relaxed dinner together at home.

OUTDOOR GRILL

If you would like a propane/gas grill or need additional vacation equipment, please contact us in advance to discuss available options.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay.

Access is easy and convenient with a unique door code provided for each guest.

The garage is not available for guest use.

PARKING

The private driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles.

Additional overflow parking may be available nearby.

LAUNDRY & LINENS

A washer and dryer are available in the home for your convenience.

Fresh linens and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay.

Please note that washcloths are not provided, as these are considered personal items.

PET POLICY

Small pets and dogs under 40 pounds may be accepted with prior approval.

The pet fee is $150 per animal.

Qualifying legal service dogs are exempt from the pet fee with the required documentation.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets as well as any additional cleaning required after the stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
