Relax in our themed rooms with pool and hot tub. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and of course enjoy home cooked meals in this nice full kitchen. Game area with pool table and racing game. Access to beach volleyball and basketball courts. This Villa is close all the parks, shopping malls and restaurants.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. This house features a game room inside the living area. The garage is not available as it is turned into a deposit (not connected to the house). There is no Movie Room feature in this house.

** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
