POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available for $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. We recommend requesting pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival so arrangements can be made in advance.

PET POLICY

Small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are welcome with a $150 pet fee per animal. Only legally recognized service dogs are exempt from the pet fee with appropriate documentation. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
