These are privately owned and it is All Florida Villas responsibility to ensure the good condition and maintenance of each unit. Should there be extra housekeeping required, extra cleaning of carpets, missing items or long distance telephone charges, then your credit card will be charged. The villa should be left in the same condition in which you found it. An information booklet with full details of the property is in each villa, together with an inventory.
